1. Services
MerchantSecure provides digital website checks, reports, roadmaps and, where selected, personal guidance. The content is supportive and does not constitute legal advice or representation before Google.
2. One store or domain per purchase
A plan or scan package is linked to the store or domain specified at purchase. The number of scans and scope of service follow the selected package. Access is personal and may not be resold or shared.
3. Payment and immediate performance
Amounts exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. You expressly request MerchantSecure to begin the digital service immediately after payment is confirmed.
Once the digital service, scan or personal performance has started, the purchase is final and we offer no voluntary refund. For consumers, this applies only to the extent permitted by law and after they have expressly consented to immediate performance and the possible loss of the right of withdrawal. Mandatory statutory rights for a defective or non-conforming service always remain.
4. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you experience a payment or delivery problem, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it. You may not submit a chargeback or payment dispute on grounds you know, or reasonably should know, are false, misleading or fraudulent.
MerchantSecure may dispute an unjustified chargeback with reasons and provide evidence of consent, payment and delivery to the payment provider or card issuer. To the extent permitted by law, reasonable costs and demonstrable losses caused by fraud or abuse may be recovered, and further legal or collection action may be taken. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law or your card issuer’s rules.
5. No guarantee of approval
MerchantSecure does not guarantee that a store or Merchant Center account will be approved, restored or remain active. Historically, our internal data shows that roughly eight to nine out of ten stores we guide are usually approved, but this is not a guarantee, representative success claim or prediction for your store. Past results provide no certainty for future assessments.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate, current and complete information, for changes to your website and account, and for compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Review advice before publishing or implementing it.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. Only publicly accessible content can be assessed. Result quality also depends on the website content available.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MerchantSecure is not liable for indirect loss or third-party decisions. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
9. Governing law
The agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to noreply@merchantsecure.co. The version you accept at purchase remains applicable to that purchase.
